ACLU v NSA— Eavesdropping on international communications of some Americans can continue without a court warrant while the government appeals. The unanimous ruling from the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said they considered the likelihood that an appeal would succeed, the potential damage to both sides and the public interest. here
